Membership and Annual Dues

How do I become a member and pay my Annual Dues?
You can join the association right now by clicking here, or by contacting our Treasurer, or our President.

How much are the Annual Dues?
A very modest $25 per year per household.

Are they mandatory?
No.

Why should I bother paying the dues if they are not mandatory?
Your dues make many neighborhood activities and
beautification projects possible. Examples of these are...

Flowers planted at the entrances of the neighborhood in the spring and fall.
The two new UENHA neighborhood entrance signs.
Sign Toppers for our street signs at the entrances.
Neighborhood social events - Easter Egg Hunt, Holiday Season party, Flag Day Parade, etc.
Crime Watch events.
Holiday decorations, such as the lights at the main entrance, and the decorations on the street signs.
The UENHA quarterly newsletter called "The Buzz".
The UENHA neighborhood directory.

Your dues also help pay any expenses related to making sure our neighborhood's community concerns are heard at the city level. This will help keep the neighborhood quiet and safe, and hence will preserve your home value.
